"싼 게 비지떡"이라는 말이 있습니다.

이 말뜻은 '값이 싼 물건이나 서비스를 구입을 하면

제품의 질이 낮아서 결국에는 문제가 생기고 손해를 본다'라는 뜻입니다.

'싼 게 비지떡'이라는 말을 영어로는 다음과 같이 표현을 할 수 있습니다.

Sometimes I purchase some bread by Coupang.

Yesterday I found the bread that the price was off 30% while I was searching some goods.

So I ordered it and I received it tomorrow morning.

But the expiration date shows by Mar. 24th. I think it's too short.

The most important factor of the taste for the bread is when the bread is made.

Or, it's expiration date. In fact I ordered one box of bread and there are 8 pcs in the box.

I thought that's the reason why the price was 30% off.

All of a sudden I thought the sentence of "Cheap is cheap".

It's kind of similar situation that the foods in the food section of a department store can be sold

at some discount price in the time of close.

​

When I was young, cheap one was the best buy.

As getting old, I have realized that cheap one is not the best buy.

Sometimes I have to pay for full cost for the goods even though it's expensive.
