What kind of exercise are you doing?
These days, I'm doing walking exercise.
Before, I uesed to run, swim, and sometimes hike.
When I was young, basketball was a popular sport.
So, after school, I played it with friends every day.
I just remembered that.
Walking is quite good because it doesn't harm my body.
In fact, I love running, but I injured my ankle when I ran before.
I think the reason was my heavy weight.
It put a burden on my body when I ran.
So this time, I'm walking to lose weight first,
and then I'll start running again.
