Every day I try to go jogging in early morning because at first I want to lose weight and at second it's for my health.
While I go running, it's sometimes very hard and I want to stop.
But after running when I exhale heavily, my stresses disappear and feeling is so good.
Usually I want to go jogging in early morning because there are not so many people on the track.
Today I saw someone who is very good for running.
He kept running continuously without stop. He was just like a pro-runner.
