I was walking on the street heading for a dong office.
I needed some documents.

I was surprised and I looked up.
There was an apartment and I didn't see anyone.
Even though I found out the person who threw the cigarette butt,
I could do nothing.
Only one thing that I could do was to yell at the person about the bad behaviour.
In fact I don't care about somebody smoking if they didn't give any damage on me.
It's their healths.
If their smoking would give some damages to others,
it's very bad and shameful behaviour.
For example, if a someone is walking with smoking, it would be very bad.
But they think it's not serious and you're sensitive.
Now, the price of the cigarette is 4500 won a pack.
According to the rumor, the government will increase the price of the cigarette in the future.
I used to be a smoker but not now.
I quit long time ago because of my health being worse.
