영어일기 영어에세이 영어작문 Jun. 6th / lose weight I walked 13,139 steps two days ago. My cell phone showed me my steps. And it spent 550 kcal which was equal to one dish of a sushi. Do you believe it? Just the kcal of one sushi is same kcal with 13,139 steps. If I don't eat the sushi, I don't need to walk for spending the same kcal.
